Deposit method

Customers can use check, transfer, Faster Payment System (FPS) or wire transfer to deposit into the company's designated bank account. After depositing funds, customers need to fax or email the check copy and deposit slip/bank transaction advice/remittance advice (please write down your account number and name in our company) to our settlement department (fax number : 2369 0998, email address: settlement@jinyi-finance.com).

When we receive the customer's deposit notification at or before 4:00 and confirm that the funds have been received, we will update your account balance immediately.

Note: We do not accept (1) cash by mail; (2) third-party checks; and (3) personal checks not issued by banks registered in Hong Kong.

Withdraw funds

If customers want to withdraw the cash balance in their account, please notify your broker before 11:00 noon from Monday to Friday or fill in the withdrawal instruction form. Overtime will be treated as the next day. Withdrawals will be issued to customers in the form of checks.
